Bill Monroe's classic as performed by Sonny Osborne tabbed by Jack Baker and played by me.
The first banjo recording I made with my Focusrite Saffire 6. I used a SM58 and tried out some EQ, reverb and dynamics processing on it.

I made an arrangement of Red Rocking Chair using licks from Earl's Nashville Blues. Here I play a little medley of the two songs. There's a tab for RRC on my tab page.
Recorded with a Shure SM58 into a Saffire6 sound card. Processed with the free TesslaPro saturator and NastyVLC channel strip and some Reverb out of Ozone4.

I took out a single measure of Earl teaching the first rolls and repeated it without alterations. After that you hear the same measure twice, but with a difference in timing. This procedure is repeated with three other measures. Can you tell what the difference in timing is?
