New instrumental, uses 16 hammer-ons in the A part, hence the name. The ending is completely over the top !!!

A set oif 3 reels recorded by Gordon Duncan, the late great Scottish piper...he was the Bela Fleck of the piping world. We were to record this for a solo album of his, but didn't. Demo version only.

Well the band learned this in C, so I came up with this melodic break out of standard G tuning.

From a recent jam session. The guitarist,Robin McKidd, started playing sock rhythm in the Shetland style developed by Peerie Willie Johnson, and it worked really well, I thought.

Inspired by O.D.'s version, thought I'd upload this one I recorded in 2002 on analog 8-track tape. Playing all the instruments myself, including twin fiddles. Mixture of melodic and Scruggs, with an up-the-neck second banjo break.

Words changed from the Stevie Wonder song, Sir Duke. Funky horn parts played on banjo, couple of chords changed. Made the lyrics fit bluegrass instead of jazz.....
