My Instruments: An old unbranded cheap banjo, bought in a pawn shop 1965. A Samick with the resonator usually taken off Mountain Banjo 6-string guitar banjo Two old fiddles, one of them is probably built by a cousin to my grandma.
Favorite Bands/Musicians: Wade Ward, Tommy Jarrell, Fred Cockerham, Pete Steele, Mike Seeger, Doc Watson, Bascom Lamar Lunsford, Sam and Kirk McGee, Uncle Dave Macon, and a lot of other old-time players.
