Emmett Lundy's version of the tune variously known as Susananna Gal, Fly Around, Shady Grove, Western Country, Pretty Little Pink, Weevily Wheat, and countless others. This was recorded at a session at Mount Airy 2012, with me on banjo--I'll get around to posting the identities of the excellent fiddler and guitar player once I catch up with them and get their OK.

Thanks for posting a song with historic roots. You don't see Emmett Lundy's name too much. It sounds like a fun song to learn.

A lovely version of this tune. I like the B part better than the one I play and I'm going to try and pick it up by ear. Mike
