I love this tune. I learned it from a Bruce Molsky CD. My band, Jubilee Mule, perfomed this at the Cantab in Cambridge a few months ago. Me on banjo, John Price on guitar and Tim Baldanzi on Mandolin.

The first time i heard a version of the song that i liked it was on a Mac Benford casette tape. I listened to it a hundred times.

Tim on banjo, JP on mando and the excellent young fiddler Andy Reiner. We were sitting amongst a bunch of plants at Mahoneys Garden Center in 2005. We played for 3 straight hours without doing the same tune twice.
