Instrumental version of a classic tune. Pretty standard with some improve inthe middle. I come from clawhammer and 2 finger so my playing has an old timey feel i think. G-Tuning on my new Gibson

Clawhammer version on Lee Sextons version of Shady Grove on a flush fret i built. The tuning is Sawmill with the 5th dropped to F.
If you havent heard Lee or Morgan Sexton you should do yourself a favor and seek out there music.

This is a version of Lee Sextons Shady Grove played on a flush fret i built. Its done in old-time 3 finger style with out picks. Lee does it in 2-finger. The tuning is sawmill with the 5th dropped to F.
If you havent heard Lee or Morgan Sextons music you should seek out there stuff.
