Mercy, did I have it all wrong, no arch in the wrist, sort of bent in slightly, so back to square one, this will take some doing as my guitar/mandolin tech is just as lousy, no wonder I've had hand/wrist issues. Teacher was very good, patient, so I give him all the props. This will take time, patience Keith, patience.
