As work hours have changed so has my life we now work a lot of weekends and between that my moms health and my wife's health my priorities have changed. I still practice when I can my free time now is focused on my health so I have joined the gym and have lost almost 30 pounds so far which needed to be done I feel alot better which means I can take care of mom and wife. Hope everyone has a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!!
