Urgent update....may induce labor this weekend!! Holy COW!!!

Everything is ok our baby is about 37 weeks and full term. The lab results are ok but my wifes blood pressure is a tad bit high so we may have to induce labor possibly as early as this weekend....will keep everyone posted!!! See what happens!!
We have to monitor the baby through the day and give a series of urine samples throughout the day. If their is any change we go to the hospital...didnt think I might be meeting my son this early...but well see...

Thanks...you are expecting a baby also Fris? Our baby boys due date was August 6th but we may have to take him out this weekend...we are not sure but we will know more tomorrow. |

wow I didnt know that!! We are expecting a boy!! he is already 6 pounds 2 ounces...looks like we may see him this weekend LOL. We were bummed out that yesterday we couldnt get a 3D photo...but we also didnt know we might be seeing him in person a few days later LOL!!

Don't fret over an induced labor. It can be more uncomfortable (that is, painful) for the mother though. My wife had back to back contractions from it once. Good luck with the delivery & say good-bye to a night's sleep. |
