What an awsome couple of days!!!!!

Thursday, August 20, 2009 @2:07:20 PM

Well its been a very exciting and interesting few days. Ricky came up from WV and stayed with us for a few days.  We took a trip down to first quality music and on down to Arthur Hatfields place. FQMS was a good time got to play some good banjos and it was ricky's first time there so that was cool to show him what a real music store should be LOL. Heading south to arthurs was the highlight of the trip though. We got there and arthur gave us the grand tour ;)....Then the fun started. Arthur started pulling banjos out from EVERYWHERE!!!!! We played several old gibsons and a bunch of Hatfields. One realy stood out from the rest and RICKY BOUGHT IT!!!! :) He got a great old gibson and man am I glad he went with a flathead LOL.... Arthur did some minor work on my huber and we all picked a little. Beverly was great too. Before we left I got my highlight of the trip. Arthur made me the newest endorser of hatfield banjos!!!!!!!! Yep thats right I said that WOW... We worked out the details and he set up a brand new HATFIELD SPECIAL for me.... Man this banjo is AWSOME! I love my huber but man this banjo just HONKS. It has great tone and playability. My dad stopped by this afternoon and even said " I like that one better than the huber " ..... I agree it has great Tone and plays amazing. I am very happy to get this oppurtunity and I want to give a great big THANKS to Arthur and Beverly for believing in me enough to give me this chance. Hope to see ya all in the chat soon and let you hear this banjo.... Cant wait for the next trip we get to take down to arthurs place. What a great few days........

Jeremy
