I used to have an old Silvertone resonator back, sold it and 2 years ago picked up a Fender FM-300 Banjo Pack. Looking at another newer Prucha.
Just picked up a 1960's Silvertone here in '09 and have it back together, sounds good!

| Hey all, sorry for the lack of posting. I write another blog and it seems to take all my time. During the day, I'm a native scientist, and in the evenings when it gets dark I hide in my corner and pick my banjo with the mute on full power so's not to wake the wife, child and the neighbors' two asses. Really, he has 5 horses and two donkeys. Summer is coming and as soon as classes get out I'll have more time to write, practice, and play. My house is kinda small, and I hate to leave my banjo right next to the propane fireplace all the time. So in the winter I put it in the bedroom to keep it a but more cool. Glad to see the Hangout is doing well! |
