All I can tell you is there really are Angels out there. Santa is as real as it gets! I am very Blessed to have 4 very special people in my life! I got for real a LouZee Golden Roll for Christmas. Alvin, Dave, Paul, and my daughter Marin....I love you all so very much! www.morganmusic.com

You really are lucky to have a banjo that Mike Longworth had a hand in developing. What a sense of humor that he and Paul have huh? What an awesome banjo. I have a LouZee and a Hopkins and love both of them.

I talked to Paul for a couple hours when I got it. I can only imagine what Mike was like. It's a wonder the 3 of them got anything done from the stories! If you ever talk to Paul, Dave, or Alvin at Morgan Music ask them to tell you the story behind my Golden Roll. I'm sworn to silence with Paul! LOL! I can tell you this...what a banjo ! Plus it's like holding a piece of Bluegrass history, especially since Mike is jamming in Heaven. Not only that I do believe there were only 10 made (not sure) Hopkins stoped making them when Mike Longworth passed away. Oh ask Paul about Mikes invention...the teeth d tuners! What a hoot that man was.

I will certainly ask him. I see him about once a week. He is a good friend of mine and gives me banjo lessons also. I look forward to hearing these new stories.

Oh you dog! How lucky can you get! I'm going to try and get down there this summer to see him. Not fair Buddy not fair at all. I am green with envy :). Give Paul and Dave a hug for me and Marin ( my daughter) give him our best!

Ok so I have always wondered....if Gibson banjos are so godd why are there so many for sale. To me if you get a good banjo you hang onto it? I know there is the "trade up" factor but still seems like alot of people are tradn up! :)
