try it again!!!

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 @4:50:24 PM

well, the last three banjo's worked out so well, i decided to do some more.i am building four this time. the first is a maple 'jo with an old pot. the second is an entirely purple heat 'jo. the other two are ebony 'jo's. one is gabon with a macassar pot, the other is all gabon. i have also started one that may get finished someday of entirely B&W ebony. one gabon neck is almost done. it is very pretty with a vine inlay of abalone with gold mop leaves on the fret board flowers on the back and carvings at the fifth peg and the heel.as i finish them i will post pics.
