​​I recently purchased a very expensive banjo from a very well known dealer in Arkansas..I was told that it was a new instrument.....I had doubts right off when it arrived at my home..I had it checked out by 4 very knowledgeable banjo people....It definitly was not new....I was taken....

​The dealer told me I could send it back at my expense and they would try to sell it (never once an apology) and charge their normal 22 per-cent commission.....

​My point here is be very careful when you do business over the phone as I did or order on-line..No matter how well known the dealer is.....We never could get the banjo tuned in....I finally sold it at a large loss.....
