What's the avatar banjo, and what else you got for us?
I'm big on open back banjo comfort, so my avatar banjo is a design that I'm making that uses Grover guitar-style Uke tuners, tunneled 5th string, Tilton-inspired internal tensioning system with no uncomfortable external hardware, raw brass tension hoop with polished stainless retaining clips, and custom stainless tailpiece. It utilizes a single bolt neck attachment for ease in setting the string height over neck. I love this banjo; it's always close by and gets played all the time!
