I love Sean Ray's stuff on YouTube and SeanRay.com - it's a great way to learn tunes, esp backup and fill-ins. Jim Mills has a fantastic sound - but then you all know that!

I'd just like to say I've just bought one of Mike's mutes and it works perfectly and is very easy to use. But the big thing is the difference it makes to the sound! It adds loads to the sustain and makes your playing sound ten times better! It's like playing a different instrument, you gotta try it. (I'm a sucker for nicely machined bits of brass anyway so I probably would have bought one even if I didn't have a banjo).
