'Reuben' on a Jeff Menzies' Gourd Banjo - Marc Nerenberg
Linked by Marc Nerenberg 1 year ago: This is a very old tune that apparently originates in West Africa, so it seemed like a good fit for the gourd banjo. I try to give it somewhat of an old sound - sort of a blues precursor treatment.
