A few months ago I got a gift certificate to a music store and I got this Gold Tone Banjitar. It is in as-new condition; I have not even registered it for warranty yet. It is, according to Gold Tone, "the best sounding 6 string banjo we have ever made." It is open back and has a brass tone ring. It actually sounds pretty nice. If you need a few banjo sounds for a track or just want something fun to play, then I'll think you will like this. It comes with a hard shell case. I'm asking $550 with the case, plus $40 shipping.
