It would be hard to tab what Raymond plays in that video!
Here is a simpler arrangement with the basics for the song.

Hi Mick,
Nice tab for sure and it would be hard to tab out Raymond's style as he's so free wheeling. Fun player though. None of the old pros ever knew what tab was and so never used it . Most of today's great players use tablature to sell their wares...Jack

I played in a band years ago that featured Jake Curry, our banjo and harmonica player...
Jake did a lot of rhythmic, 'on-the'head' fun stuff...
And Jake never messed with tab... always by ear and whatever struck him at the moment...
He wasn't quite a Raymond Fairchild, but he was pretty darned close...

Raymond could probably make a million dollars if he did a 'video-workshop-tab' deal on his performance of this great old folk tune...
Bluegrass is folk music right?
Or did I take a left turn somewheres?
Great performance by Raymond any how you look at it...

Yes I thought that was great but I much prefer this arrangement by the Late Wendy Holcombe who adds her own dash of personal sound effects. A lot easier on the eye too.. No offence Raymond

Hi Tam,
I had never heard of her before but she played and looked great. What a wonderful stage presence. Sorry she had to depart this life so soon...Jack
