I ordered a workshop Video on Sunday Feb. 26 and ran into all kinds of problems downloading it. I sent an email both to Eric and to email@example.com as this was the contact name given in case of problems. No one has bothered to contact me and it's now Tuesday afternoon and I would like my $15 returned. Maybe someone will answer me NOW. I'm really not counting on it. With the help of one of my friends we sort of got it running with all kinds of error messages. A very frustrating exercise.
If you purchased the workshop and did not get to watch it, Eric will send you a link to download it so you can watch it anytime. I had this happen last month. Be patient, he will get back in touch with you.
Hi Eric; I'll take the refund; here's why: I finally got the video running but at the 38 minute the video freezes up and then only hear the audio. From the 38 minute mark to the 1:20 mark the video remains frozen then all of a sudden at this 1:20 mark the sound disappears and the video fast forwards to 1:36 then freezes up again. Just a nightmare to watch. I'll delete the whole workshop. Don't know if it's at my end or your end. Sorry about that and thanks for getting back to me.
