I have been listening to some of Tom Berghans music and try to click on the "like" icon and it says that I must be signed in to like it. But I _am_ signed in and it still tells me that over and over, despite the fact that I have signed in over and it still refuses to allow me to like a tune. What am I doing wrong?

Are you also signed in to Facebook?  If not, try that and see if it works then.

I'm not on Facebook and I can Like tunes in the Jukebox.  I'm not sure what Facebook would have to do with the Hangout Jukebox "liking".

Dogfeathers, what is your setup?  (Are you on a computer, or iPad or phone, what browser etc.?)

I am using a PC, Mozilla Firefox browser. I have tried to like other musicians on the BHO and I get the same response with them too. It is no big deal, but some of the musicians here really deserve a thumbs up and I just want to give them some.

Sorry, I'm a bit stumped.  My only guess would be to try a different browser, or possibly clear your cache and cookies and try again, as it's not recognizing you in the new window.

I am not on Face Book either and I can click like on tunes. If I don't like them, I have not clicked anything yet.

It has nothing to do with Facebook.

But it's working fine for me, so I'm not sure what to tell you. You might try logging out of your BHO account entirely, then sign back in and try it. You might also try deleting your browser cookies entirely, then giving it a try after you log in again.

Well folks, I have tried all suggestions including rebooting my computer, signing in and out several times of the BHO, emptying cache and cookies and still it does not work. I just get a notice that says "I must sign in to"like" a song", ...even when I am signed in! So everybody, I will just have to like your music whether I can say so or not. Thanks for the help........  Dogfeathers.

 Well that is something that I did not try, but I just tried right clicking and I get the usual options for saving links and images, but no option seems appropriate for activating the "like" option. Please clue me in though if I am sleeping at the switch. I have been left clicking on the "like" icon and that is when I get the message that says that I am not signed in...when I am signed in!

Ike, I just went to your home page and I listened to several of your songs posted and I certainly "liked" your playing, but regrettably, a message came up once again that I had to sign in before I could rate any songs. Lets make it official, I _like_ your playing!
