chacun a son gout, and all that, but I think Mumford & Sons are awful.

They might use a few traditional folk instruments, but it doesn't alter the fact that they're yet another one of those Keane/Coldplay/Snow Patrol type band, playing sappy, middle-of-the-road, wallpaper muzak.

Nice haunting banjo at times in their music. Not BG, and not quite irish or celtic .
