I wish I had seen it. This looks the Swiss Army Knife of Banjos. I'd like to have one as it looks like a very handy tool.

Oh! Particularly useful for the really old Planetary tuners which didn't use a normal "hex" head threaded ferrule on the front to hold the tuner to the peghead. Instead they have a circular ferrule with two little slots cut in at 180 deg. from each other. You need a "spanner" wrench with two little hooks that fit into those slots, to loosen or tighten the ferrule and the tuner. I think I see one or two of those peeking out from the middle of that tool. Thank goodness a flea market banjo fiend found a spanner for me years ago for my TB-5 tuners.

Funny, That's what I thought too. A banjo Swiss Army knife. I really wouldn't buy it but I was curious about how high it would go. It would be a great novelty to have.

Yeah, I had been watching it too, out of curiosity mostly. Man was I way off on how much it would bring, but then again prices have been a little nuts lately on most of the banjo stuff on ebay.
