There's a great version in Trischka's Master Collection of Fiddle Tunes for Banjo. There's another one at http://www.banjohollow.ic24.net/ under Xavier's Collection.

You can find two authors, with two different arrangements of Cherokee Shuffle in the September Edition of Silver Strings.
