I recently discovered that whether I'm logged in or not It says that I am "Online" on my homepage and on all of my posts. It won't let me look at members only pages so I'm positive that I'm logged out. I've refreshed the page, looked at it from other computers, and even asked one of my friend to log in and view my page while my computer was OFF and it still says I'm online.

Help, anyone
Thanks
-John

John-
I'm looking at your avatar box on this post right now, and it does not show you as being on-line. 1411 hrs, MST on Fri, 20 Nov 2009.
If that helps.

banjo brad-
Thank you. I was logged off at that time. I guess it only happens sometimes. Although I am still curious as to why.

I have noticed that once in awhile myself. A couple of thoughts. First, I am not sure if the "on-line" message means you are logged on and browsing the BHO, or merely on-line, connected to the internet. I suspect the latter. So I think you could be browsing "Naughty Scandanavian Girls," and still be shown as on-line. Second, if you do not formally "log-off" when you leave the BHO, sbut instead just close your browser, you will still be "logged-on" the next time you open your browser and visit the BHO page. On the other hand, if you delete your cookies in the interim, you will be logged-off. So, I suspect that when you log on, they program places a cookie on your hard drive with your account information. When you log off, it gets deleted or altered. Just a guess.

You're set to "logged off" once your Banjo Hangout browsing session ends...which is usually about 15 minutes after your last page view.

That makes sense. Thank you.
