You might want to give Mike Munford a call 717-235-4058. He's in southern PA only an hour and a half from Northern VA....he's the best.

I've done a number of them, and they're not that difficult to install. I'd suggest trying it yourself...if you screw up the first one, so what...it's a learning experience, and you've still got the flesh hoop. I guarantee the second one will be a piece of cake.
