I don't really know who is in there now, but I suspect that most of the "greats" are already in. There are also a lot of other deserving folks who should be added. The thing that gets me is the almost total lack of recognition that they inductees are given on the CMA awards shows. They did a little more this year for Barbara Mandrell, but practically ignored Roy Clark and Charlie McCoy, except for letting him play in the tribute to Barbara. At the least, they could show a short video clip of the highlights of each of their careers, and let them say a few words. If I understand correctly, they are honored at a separate (untelevised) ceremony, but if they're going to mention them at the CMAs, they all should receive the same amount of attention. It's just another slap in the face of those who paved the way for the wannabes that are performing today.
