Hi Trayler. The sad fact is that right now is a tough time to sell any instrument and get a good price for it. It is a buyers market right now, that means there are more sellers than there are buyers. When people perceive the economy as being bad and times are tough, everyone digs into their closet and gets the non essential items out for sale. You will have to wait to get top dollar or you will have to lower the price dramatically if you really want to move it quickly.

Only 15 of these banjos were made. In mint condition I think that your price is fair. Ufortunately with the market being what it is it is sometimes hard to sell an instrument. Either reduce the price, add some incentives such as goodies or another instrument. If you can wait it out, you will probably get what you want for it.

I have a RB-75 VL and I love it I think its one of the best banjos Gibson has built in years, the combination of the finish and the Crowe ring makes it a cannon. I would bet in the future these are gonna be real desirable. I would buy another one in a heartbeat if the wife wouldnt absolutly kill me
Congrats to whoever ends up with this one, just wish it was me LOL
