Australian made Doole with 12 inch pot, tubaphone style tone ring 1897 SS Stewart 'Universal favourite' 'Oakridge' Korean masterclone ( now open back, with some modifications) 'Samick' converted to semi fretless ( with copper fingerboard) old no name tenor early Japanese banjo uke.
not including guitars, etc. After taking delivery of the Doole, which is a custom banjo, i haven't really wanted anything else. I have thought of a fretless, but wouldn't be using it exclusively. I mainly use the Doole and the Oakridge, sometimes taking both to gigs if I'm changing tunings on stage.

One banjo, Yep that's it. Someday if I get one I like better I'll probably sell the one I've got.

I've contributed to this "how big is your . . . " conversation so perhaps I'm no one to speak, but you can only play one banjo at a time Big Doug, so one banjo is all you need! ;-)

Three:
1980 Wildwood Troubadour bought in 1988 1995 Clifford Glenn fretless 2008 (September) Chuck Lee -- my main banjo. It's 3.5 - 4 pounds lighter than the Wildwood. I've started growing again and the feeling has returned to my right shoulder

Another good reason for having several banjos: you want/need to play ALL of them, which means you will end up spending more time playing, and thus become a better player.

Considering the banjos my dad and I have, I have a total of 4.
