Yikes... been a while since I've been by these parts!
Out of lurk mode to post a quick one I played with my brother. Couple caveats: Not our best rendition, caught on recording all the same. Left my head phones at his house, these were edited with a pair of iPod ear-buds, not the best of conditions.
All the same, John Brown's Dream: http://www.banjohangout.org/myhango....asp?id=5249
Thanks for listening!
Easy, Steve Srubas

Well done, as usual. Thanks for posting it. Sounds fine, btw.

If my brother could of fiddled like that, I'd a stayed home. Finely picked and sawed, all around.

Coincidentally, I loaded on BHO a video version of John Brown’s Dream, on the same day! It sure was fun playing it on stage last weekend. Your version is nicer sounding.

Do you think your parents would adopt me?
I dig it.

Thanks a lot, everybody!
Jeff: novice suits me just fine. 'purty good' is intimidating! Mark: I'm sure they'd take you, but they'd drop me like a bad habit once they heard you play so I'm gonna have to keep that a secret. Sorry, bud.
Thanks again.
Easy, S.
