I seem to remember versions of Way Downtown the had more than Doc Watson's three verses but have been unable to find it anywhere. Does anyone know of more verses for it.
The chorus to the variant I remember is:
Oh me oh my whats gonna become of me
I'ze downtown just fooling around
no one to stand by me.
