I just spoke with a rep at Elderly Instruments and he said that this books release date hase been pushed back to December 09. Has anyone heard anything about when it's coming out?

Email from Jim yesterday said the release would be the first or second week of July if all goes well. The ones purchased from and autographed by him will be the first to go out.
