Anyone familiar with Rose Hemphill's "Rolled and Tumbled" on Alan Lomax's "Southern Journey Volume 3" recording?

She could be doing it a number of ways, but I think it's finger-lead, clawhammer-style guitar. It's pretty hair-raising.
