And I thought John Hartford could multi-task with a banjo in his hand. Now don't expect this to be anything like John, but it is bizarre enough to pass along.....I think.

OK, that was just bizzare. Real skill though. Heck I can't pick and chew gum at the same time

Will play Banjo for food, will stop playing banjo for money.

It's a new cult. BEWARE of the pods!

I''m not a musician. I play the banjo!

Hey Paul, That's too funny.

There's also a BHO member, Gareth Banjoland - http://www.banjohangout.org/myhango...sp?id=28720, who does circus stunts while playing 3 finger style banjo. I know I've seen videos of him doing a headstand and playing banjo, but I can't seem to find that video. I did find this video of his band the Von Trolley Quarter doing Sweet Georgia Brown and at different times during the video, while he's playing banjo, he might have a fellow bandmate on his back or he might be balanced on his drummer's shoulders.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWMP...ture=related - (acrobatics towards the end)

Although it's hard to hear in that clip, Gareth is a pretty good player.

Poor fella doesn't have time to enjoy all three of his favorite pastimes individually, so he had to combine them all. But somethings that are great in an of themselves are lessened when they are mixed.

For instance, I love butter. I also love my wife's beautiful, long blond hair. But hair in the butter or butter in the hair just doesn't do any good at all.
