Last time I heard, Ed was in bad shape with cancer. He is one of the very last of the N. GA. 2-finger pickers. I've jammed with Ed a number of times and he's a truely nice guy who loves the music. He's as plain as an old shoe and has a wonderful, quick smile. The kind of smile that just draws you in. He had at least three cassettes available not too long ago. Maybe someone (ART?) will see to it that they're put on cd.
